ReTURN Policy
At SimCaddy Inc., we offer a 30-day return policy for most items. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Return policies for certain products may vary by manufacturer.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
Software
Turf products
Screens, canopies, baffles, trim, and framing components
Special orders or custom items
Sale items
Gift cards
Additionally:
Some items are only returnable if unopened.
Some products may have a different return timeline.
RETURNS INSPECTION
All returned items must arrive in new and unused condition and will undergo thorough inspection before exchanges or refunds are granted.
If an item is returned in a condition other than new and unused but is deemed suitable for discounted resale (as determined by SimCaddy or its manufacturer partner), a restocking fee of up to 30% may apply. Items that fail to meet return standards may not qualify for a refund.
RETURNABLE ITEMS
Electronic components are eligible for return if they meet the following conditions:
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
Proof of purchase (digital or printed receipt) is required.
A restocking fee may apply.
To initiate a return, contact us at tom@simcaddy.com. If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions for sending your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
DAMAGES OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery while the courier delivery person is there, if possible. If you notice defects, damage, or incorrect items:
Inform the courier immediately and do not accept the package.
Take photographs of the issue for reference.
Contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and resolve it promptly.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to exchange an item is to:
Return the original item following our return process.
Place a new order for the desired product once the return is accepted.
RESTOCKING FEES
We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee to any returnable product. The fee is based on the condition of the item upon return and the return policy of the manufacturer.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
